i'm frustrated

Any time i try to ctb it won't work. any time it was almost it but it never worked i tried to hang myself a few times and it did not work i know that i could the chair method but it seems to brutal for me and i dont want to feel any pain even if they are just a few seconds of it. cant to jumping either because i can't access high buildings i know one but i have no idea if i would die from the fall i could try my window but its not really that deep. going to a lost place tmr with a few friends might jump there coz its a bit high

any solutions or methods?
