Today's blood pressure

137 bpms pretty high just walking around a pharmacy. can see you in the reflection.

134 BPM is off the charts! Didn't even notice that. I took my pulse once during a massive panic attack and it was around 140 but then dropped dramatically after it was over. A resting heart rate of over 100 BPM is considered Tachycardia.

Today is my first day not drinking water or eating. Dying of thirst takes 3 to 10 days. With my luck it will be 10 but I am giving it a shot.
