SN and most other chemicals like N are so unreliable, I don't know why so many recommended them. I think people suggesting them are just sickos, too much to go wrong.

There are much quicker and reliable methods.

I think you're a sicko for going around and trying to fear monger and potentially change somebody's mind on a method that is RELIABLE (unlike what you keep saying) assessable, fairly easy to acquire, with hardly any health consequences from it. Would you rather people do dude? Hang themselves or lay on train tracks and potentially end up paralyzed?

I have my date set and I don't know if I'm going to be able to do this. I was so confident before. It felt good to say, "I won't have to worry about this or that anymore. I'll be dead". It felt so good to feel that. Now I don't' feel that anymore, I just feel, "You're going to get very sick and suffer and you won't die". AHHHHHHHHH! THIS IS TOO MUCH!

While I have all the meds and sn I only have a packet of 5mg dizapam which is nowhere near the 500/800 forgot which advised by pph I don't even know how thats possible to get. I did buy a packet of 1.5mg alprazolam online to because of this but it still isn't even a drop of what's recommended

blood test. Just leave a bit of sn in a blood sample and if it turns dark brown it's pure.

I was looking 50g SN in PC but could not find it. They sold only 2lbs. Are you sure you bought it from PC? This was back in September. Now they stopped it altogether.

(1) If the results for the blood test are the same (blood turns brown) for nitrite and nitrAte, is the blood test not somewhat unreliable in determining if we do infact have *specifically* nitrite? Am I misunderstanding something?

(2) Was it not recently brought to our attention that PC was selling nitrAte in place of nitrite? Was the OP's product then nitrate?

Thank you so much for responding! Yeah, I saw that thread (the one you linked) yesterday and promptly fell down the rabbit hole of this thread (the one in which we are presently conversing). lol

I can't find relevant information regarding the blood test stuff. I'll just have to keep searching. :)

Something peculiar though: I was reading the Wiki page for SN earlier today, and it stated that nitrAte would work as a viable substitute for nitrite in the event of ctb. But then we have situations like the OP's where nitrAte was accidentally consumed, and the results were far from similar to nitrite poisoning (as far as I can tell, atleast?)

I hope someone can come along and help me understand. I'm going to continue researching on my own in the meantime :)

This was at 4am.
After I drank my SN mix. I immediately laid down. I watched my TV for about 10 minutes. Then the horror...I of course, vomited profusely. Yes, I took antiemetics. I laid back down. I could feel my body start to shut down. I remember breathing in agony. I got up and remember slumping half on the bed. My legs were on the floor. I managed to pull myself on the bed. I was face down screaming in agony for 10 minutes, realizing my body was shutting down. My whole body got stiff. I remember being drenched with sweat. I peed myself too. Then I blacked out and woke up 4 hours later. I vomited profusely for a good hour. Tried taking a shower. I was very dizzy.

I still am pretty dizzy with a horrible headache. I quit dry heaving at 9pm. I threw up/dry heaved at least 2 or 3 times an hour today. My body hurts like crazy.
Happy fucking birthday to me...all of that just to be back in this living hell.

Thank you for giving us your detailed response as thats's exactly what I'm afraid of a botched suicide via SN as I think I already bought the weaker 1 but i have posted pics of what I bought on the forum and waiting 4 replies, hence b4 i experience what you did im downing 100 2mg xanax which I have and that will kick in quickly and then drink my SN if it's puirty is high enough as I just knew in my heart taking SN is DEFINITELY NOT AT ALL EASY AND AND A PEACEFUL WAY TO GO. thank you for sharing this.

I'm no chemist but my understanding is it's to do with how things react on the cellular, chemical, elemetal or molecular level; can't find the right word so I'll just throw a bunch out.

So you have spring water & carbonated water, same right as they're both water; No.

A horse is no different than a dog as they both have 4 legs & internal organs; no.

The nitrite does something to the blood whereby the red blood cells or amazon boxes can no longer carry the oxygen around so you suffocate thus the receiver gets an empty box as the contents fell out.

Nitrate doesn't operate that way so I guess you just get ill. Both sodium & start with nitr but there are differences hence the NaN02-NaN03 distinction, wouldn't cut a steak with a butter knife eh.

Ok so yeah I took that sip. Then weighed what I had left. Which turned out to be 20g. I actually drank the rest a few hours afterwards. I drank the SN at night time. I didn't drink any at all after I drank the rest at 4am.

I had my SN in an airtight bag. I bought the SN from PC October 28th.

The blood test is something that should never come up here ever again. It is good to see if you have nitrite vs placebo, but it does nothing to tell you the purity or strength of it. A bag of sugar mixed with a some nitrite will turn your blood brown, but does nothing regarding the actual amount you will need if it is degraded. I think PPE recommends getting a Nitrite Test Kit for fishtanks ... or just make sure you have a reliable known vendor for the product.

Thank you. End of story. The only logical conclusion I've heard in this thread. Don't buy NITRATE everyone, make sure your source is trusted or get an aquarium test for your NITRITE. Drinking a bunch of NITRATE probably sucks and won't kill you.
