I will not CTB if I'm that rich. If I won that much money, I wouldn't have to work in my life. I don't want to work not because I'm lazy (I'm actually hard-working), I'm a dumbass who makes everything worse.

Money solves heck of a lot of problems. I will not CTB. Despite what anybody say, money can buy happiness. It depends how and what you spend it. A person can spend it selflessly by giving it to charity and feel happiness because that moment gave the oneself a purpose.

If I won the lottery it would make it easier to afford the corrective surgeries I need since I jumped off of a building and am basically a semi-cripple.

But I'd still suffer from chronic depression, because that's just my personality.

It would solve some. Lots of vacations, my own summer house by the beach, my own boat, seafood everyday, plenty of vodka lol, nice clothes, better healthcare and donating to less fortunate. I could live with that for a while

No, nothing would make me want to exist. It cannot take away my mental and physical health problems. Apart from that I just see life as pointless. Maybe I would move to The Netherlands and try to get euthanasia.

Unfortunately not, because it won't fix my mental or physical issues however it would be nice to win something in order to donate it to people like my friends and family before I ctb

No. I am not materialistic and thankfully, my problems/stressors are not due to finances. If I won the lottery I'd probably buy my family a new house, and with any money left over, go to Alaska (the #1 place I want to go) before I possibly CTB. Ultimately, I would still feel suicidal.

I'd still want to CTB, but at least I wouldn't have the urge to do it.

Money wouldn't change my want to ctb. It might make things easier in my life, but it won't bring me true happiness. Money can't buy me love, can't fix my past mistakes, and can't take away my depression and anxiety.

It would help with a number of problems I have right now, and if I did win the lottery, I would not be planning to end my life right now. That being said, it will not solve all of my problems.

it's hard to say if it would all together make me feel better. I mean at the point I'm in now it probably would just because I'm on the verge of homelessness, I'm having a hard time going to work that I won't even be able to pay rent. If I had all that money I wouldn't have to worry about working and could afford to live which would take a HUGE stress away but I tend to find a way to struggle mentally so idk if it would fix things all around.

If you were to win a million, 10 million, 100 million, would it solve the reason for you being on this site? Would you still feel suicidal? I'd love to win that much money and I'd probably do some spontaneous stuff with it, but I'd really just plan on leaving it for those I love.
I remember when Anthony Bourbain died specifically, so many were curious as to how a man of his fame and fortune could commit such an act. I understood though, because realistically no amount of money will fix the problems that I face and have faced.
Yes if i won the lottery i could buy a farm far away from where other humans live so i can ctb without being interrupted or "saved" but left alive with brain damage. If i lived in a house alone and there are no humans within miles it would make ctb a million times easier and more reliable (yeah kill me ). then all i'd have to do is disable my phone with an app disable internet and take SN .but now i live in an apartment surrounded by humans. i'm worried neighbors will hear me as i live in an apartment .I'm also worried my si might try to save me after i take Sn .

I don't want anything except suicide. but money could make my suicide a million times more realiable and easier. All i want is to not suffer extreme pain or extreme suffering. The only way to gurantee that is suicide.

. With a lot of money i could make my suicide a million times more reliable. For example i live in an apartment, and there are humans that live all around me and are everywhere. they could stop me interrupt me "save" me leaving me alive but with brain damage. also if i take sn then my si might call for help. i'd like to be in a secure remote location where there is a guraranteee of humans not being around me so that they don't interfere. if i had a lot of money i could buy a house or farm miles away from the nearest human. then i could ctb much easier. one of my worries is being stopped of found by humans while i'm still alive and then "saved" : then i'll remain alive but with brain damage.
Another option i could buy a 25 foot sailboat then sail out to the middle of the ocean where no humans are.

I've never been camping. With some money At least i could buy a cargo van or truck and go scouting locations for ctb. i don't even like the idea of camping with all the ticks (lyme disease) but i just need to ctb. .

Is there anyone on here that thinks that the big jackpot wins are completely staged? By that i mean the ones with more than 1 million.
Stupid people will do alot of stupid things if you give them millions - and yet you never about the jackpot winners doing something crazy... they just disappear completely, like they never existed at all.

Imagine giving some random hillbilly 100 million dollars - imagine what he will do with his whole family? He will probably buy a huge mansion and and then try to make a huge show by shooting live shells from tanks that he bought with his money. Stuff like that will end up in the media very quickly, yet you never hear about that.

My country has a population of 80 million and there are 150+ lottery millionaires according to the statistics, yet the big jackpot winners are completely silent, which makes me doubt the existance of big jackpot winners.

When you win that much money, your safety is at risk. Everybody wants you to give them money. So for their own safety, these people go into hiding. Or move away and start a life somewhere else, to protect themselves. Thats why you dont hear about them.

Im not materialistic either, but i have problems knowing i have big losses - losing savings i took a long time and effort to save up for the people i love. So I tried to fix these losses and end up with more losses - until i cant take it no more. Life is difficult when you fall into this trap.

I wouldn't have to worry about basic necessities anymore like rent and food, but other than that, I can't see it changing my life that much. I don't need things like a mansion or an expensive car. I guess would donate to charities and sponsor causes I agree with, like the right to die. Oh, and a new TV ;)

If I could stop worrying about work, rent, etc, I'd definitively try to get in order my life, spend time with people, make some journey, etc etc.

I don't now if it will solve my main problems, but I'd try it for sure

I think the more interesting question is what if you could solve all your problems and make your life perfect? Is it that you don't want to go on because of your circumstances or do you find the mere existence pointless and bleak?
