  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

If you knew that your suffering were gonna get WORSE tomorrow and knew that commiting suicide today would be the best option..
What would you do? Would you commit on impulse and how? Or would you rather suffer a lot more and wait till you have a soild plan and what method do you think you would use then??

I used to drive over this bridge on the interstate. I think its high enough I could jump off of it. I never stopped to look close. but probably there. I couldn't say what I would do if I was a 9 tomorrow.
Funnily enough I was thinking something similar, but then I looked into it and found out that the bridge is not tall enough (I was going off the recommendation of 50m above solid ground or 70m above water). After more searching I found out there probably isn't a single bridge in my country that meets the 50/70m recommendation.

I have wanted to pull over, and look over, and verify, but if the cops pull up behind me Im screwed. I think they have my history in their computer. Im also scared to google it even. but sure looks plenty high. over a river. So drowning with a broken back may be the backup. lol

idk where you're from, but most likely you can do that. If they stop by they will probably just think that you may have issues with your car or something like that. You can just make up a lie that you felt a bit nauseous so you stopped for a bit or something.

I don't know if I'd have the strength, my mind would go to thinking about a bridge or jumping in front of a train. There's lots of dodgy areas too that I could just walk through at night, me being a vulnerable target and all, highly likely something would happen. I mean, I think that's one of the possible avenues I could end up in if it does get too much. Just wander streets and parks at night until something happens.

True, but when they look in the computer, and see I have committed suicide: why am I parked on the top of a bridge with a car with nothing wrong with it? So no. I never stopped yet. Looks very high though.

Also right at the end of the bridge is a spot where they set up radar traps, so yes it a bad spot.
