If I wanted to kill myself right now with no SN or gun but still relatively quick and painless, what could I do?

I'm not finding a way to die. All methods I have access to are basically so hard or unpleasant I just can't do it. I'm afraid therefore I only have bad news for you. All I can think of that's left for you and I is a happy accident by getting a stroke or a heart attack from getting fat or smoking too much. I'm fking out of ideas. The only other hope is paying for VAD with Pegasos

Similar here. I wish I had a gun so I could just blow my head off. Simple, probably won't feel it. Pull of the trigger and it's done.
