I can see that me, being the way that I am, impacts my father a lot. He already deals with his own stuff and my lil sister. I know that he cares a lot about me, to an extent that it makes him feel worse. I know that me being gone will hurt him a lot, but he is mentally strong, he will eventually get over it. I don't really think I'm a burden to my mom, she's an alcoholic and idk, has her own stuff lol but of course she will be sad when I'm gone.

My method is going by full suspension hanging ^^. I considered a lot of methods but this one I like the most.
