I will drink SN today.
I weigh 60 kilos on average, I think 20 g of SN in 50 ml of water.
There is a pill containing "metoclopramide", but it has side effects for me, can I use an anti-nausea containing "trimethobenzamide hcl" instead?
Benzo not available.
If you recommend propranolol I can take it.

By the way, I haven't eaten anything for 24 hours, I'm thinking of drinking this afternoon. Does Listerine mouthwash help prevent taste?

Propranolol helps with the tachycardia, so it's just for added comfort. I think it just tastes like salt so shouldn't be too bad.

However, please consider using sleeping pills if you don't have benzos. It might get an unpleasant journey if you skip it.

Update: I'm having a bit of a headache since the hunger is past 24 hours, so I'm thinking of drinking SN around noon tomorrow, now I'm going to have some food. I'm thinking of leaving a maximum of 12 hours for hunger.

There is conflicting advice on antiemetics and its influence on the mechanism of action of SN. Nobody knows for sure. See the PPH for details
