I have fasted all day so by midnight it will be a 24 hour fast. I have advil (painkiller), antacid, and SN.

I guess all I really have to do is that little regiment where I take the painkillers and antacid and prepare the SN drinks.

It feels really simple, I just want to do it. If I knew that I would for sure die I would have already done it. I'm ready to commit because I want to die.

1 hour before SN drink I will take my advil

30 minutes before I will take my antacid and I might test my SN quickly here agian just in case (what do you guys think? ill do it if people will help me look at the pictures)

and then I prepare 20 g of my SN in 2 drinks and take 1 and hope thats enough


this is my plan i wish i had done it ages ago like right when my girlfriend broke up with me

Hm I cannot say if your plan is right, I m not yet familiar with the method. I hope someone else can help you.

1) have you tested your SN?
2) an AE is strongly advised to reduce your chances of vomiting. Some people have successfully CTBed without an AE though. It's up to you.
