Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

That's tough. My folks didn't put much pressure on me. I did that all by myself. College is not a good idea without a plan in mind. It would be better for you to work. I think most people should do that first before school, honestly. The vast majority of people have no idea what they want and what they are good at just after HS.
Disability is very difficult to get. I don't see this going well for a young adult who is presumably able-bodied.
