Venting I saw my Rapist today. (*ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)🔪

I wasn't expecting this at all.
To be honest, I wasn't expecting to see him on a Tuesday morning before work.

I just had a conversation with my therapist where we listed the likelihood of seeing him again. And to be honest, knowing I wouldn't see him helped.

And what happened before work today? Exactly, I took the train… with him. I had extreme heart palpitations, thought I was going to die, and I completely crashed at work.
I really cant take this anymore. I wish I could CTB and show him how bad I am actually doing.

im so sorry im pretty sure my rapist still lives maybe 20 mins away from me and i cant imagine how id react if i saw him.

I'm so sorry that happened, I hope you feel better soon. I sympathize, something similar happened to me when I was in my early 20s (randomly came across the guy who molested me as a kid, then I spiraled really bad after), recovery feels so hopeless when you see these people still walking free after they hurt you.
