i just generally feel in a better mood in the day time than i do at night.. i mean this isn't extreme or any thing but i feel like night time can put a damper on my mood some times.. and but so this is a good reason to keep a normal sleeping cycle where i am awake at day and sleeping at night..

I wish i lived on a beach so i could get direct sunlight daily with shirt off, theres no where around here in the city i can just go take my shirt off, without people looking at me... im shy lol and its odd when ur the only person with shirt off.
it really does improve mood and everything increses sex drive too
