I don't feel scared or anything, don't have anything to lose either, but for some reason I feel so idk lazy (incompetent ??) to do it. feels so disgusting and bad. suffering like this for years now. everything sucks

99% of us here have the same problem. CTB isn't that easy. Survival instinct was designed to keep us miserable year after year (decades in my case).
