Help i have the rope properly set up, but i need help for adjustable noose

Im going to do it tomorrow at night around this time. I want to take one more day to accept im doing this (if I dont chicken out—hopefully I won't) and say goodbye to my friends and shit. Like the title says, I do need a video or tutorial for and adjustable noose. I had to make it big enough to fit around my head, but I wasn't able to tighten it. A video would be appreciated before I do it tomorrow. And lastly, I would also appreciate some advice to come to terms with this, please.

The only way I can come to terms with something is to know it's certain. If you knew anyone on this site with another method, I'd rather have someone shoot me twice than rely on hanging. And id wait months to find the opportunity. Rather than risk more suffering. If you had a button to instantly die, would you be able to press it, it simple once you go from there. Eliminate the variables, I wouldn't offer resources for hanging because I don't have full faith in it, but I'm not replying just to detract from your point. I want you to know the importance of the act itself is certain, if you're sure of that then just make sure the way you do it is just as certain

im quite ignorant when it comes to knots but isnt literally every noose adjustable? Ive had a noose tied for the past year and any time ive tried it on just to test it tightens incredibly easy and can be loosened by simply moving the knot up casually

main issue with a noose is just how hard it is to look at it and put your head in it and then kick the chair or jump or whatever, also finding a good tree or setting up something higher up to hang it from, its quite easy to choke yourself to the point of being fully unable to breath with it, but its such a hassle to actually get a good place to set it up and everything for a real hanging (although i am quite lazy to be fair)
