Help I have SN now.(?)

Hey,

I received SN a few minutes ago. Expiration date 2027. I haven't opened it yet. I didn't break the protected lock.

However, when I hold it in my hand, I hear a sound as if it has become lumpy and hard.

I know it's a type of Salt.

But I wonder if anyone has experienced something like this.

Apart from this, I do not have many medications listed in the guidelines. Here's what I have.

1) Metoclopramide HCl 10mg
(There are only 6 tablets.)

2) Painkiller 500mg (Anti-inflammatory) Active ingredients: 400 mg acetylsalicylic acid and 240 mg vitamin C in each effervescent tablet • Excipients: Monosodium citrate, anhydrous citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, anhydrous sodium carbonate.

Apart from these, unfortunately I don't have any other things.
And unfortunately I don't have the luxury of waiting.

What would you do if you were in such a scenario?
There are other medicines at home, but not the ones in the manuals. Here is the list from another post.

SN tends to clump so this is probably not a problem.
This is a normal reaction, so I don't think you need to worry.
Mine behaves the same way.

To be successful, all you really need is a clean SN. Other things may increase the likelihood of success a little, or reduce the discomfort.

For the standard plan you need 3 tablets (3x10mg). So you have enough.

Painkillers are very readily available, so this is not a problem.
I'm going to use ibuprofen 600mg.
Ibuprofen or paracetamol is recommended.

You don't need Benzo, for example.
Benzos are useful, but you can do without them.
Their main function is to provide peace of mind.
If you're not afraid of massive panic, you probably don't need them.

There is some controversy around the rest of the recommended products.

Overall, the most important are:
- clean SN
- Antiemetics (highly recommended).
Of course, even if you use anti-emetics, you may vomit.

Additional things that are not mentioned in the guides, but I intend to use, are: cooling patches for the head.
For comfort.

I think paraflex and antarax sounds nice to include. But you need to look it up really. Adding too many might give you the opposite effect

You will feel your heart beating fast so an anxiety med would help but not necessary plus a possible headache so paracetamol is recommended

There's no way I can go out and get those drugs. I can't ask my family either. This will make them very upset later. I don't want them to suffer and have thoughts like, "If we hadn't taken those medications, maybe they wouldn't have gotten scared and committed suicide."

Congrats on getting it! :D MCP and SN are a real solid base (as far as I could research here). Optional: A small shot of liquor after drinking the SN to neutralise the taste a bit and help absorb it faster. Painkillers or mood repressors could help with nerves, but your set up should work nicely without it, too.

And her sadness and helplessness affects her a lot.

You can buy aquarium test strips almost anywhere OTC. They test for nitrites.

The company apologized and reshipped the correct product. But it will take about 1 week to arrive. I can't explain why, but unfortunately I don't have that much time. Blood tests are also unreliable. Despite these, I may have to get SN.

It is actually prohibited for this method.

SN will act as a poison for our body.
Alcohol will be an additional poison.

The main obstacle to this method is vomiting.
Alcohol will increase the likelihood of vomiting.

An alternative is, for example, a strong mouthwash or some sweet to suck on.

In general, only clean water should be used for SN.
I'll even use distilled water to be sure.

Does liquor really help? Been wanting to chase my SN with a shot of vodka but worried it would fuck with the whole plan to CTB in some way
