Hello,
Fuck SI.
After all my attempts I would already be long gone without my SI.
I've been a few seconds away from going completely unconscious with partial hanging but then SI kicked in and I even almost called the lifeline.
2 days later I tried alcohol and benzos but the disinhibition made me text my ex-wife who called the police and got me in psych ward.
I feel like I'm so close yet so far of going through with it.
