I hate hearing other people speak

Its weird but for whatever reason no matter who is talking or why they are talking it irritates me, they could be a family member or a stranger, they could be talking normally or shouting but no matter what it irritates me, even when people are telling me good news or complimenting me or being nice to me. I just hate the sound of humans speaking. Literally any time a person starts speaking i start speaking to myself in my head to block their voice out.
