Using they/them and gender neutral terms for anonymity.
It started off where they found my account here. They shot me a message on this site, and this was after we had been arguing over something. I texted "Great, now I have to delete my account. Waste of a good username." But, the kicker here is that they were totally cool with it, because obviously they already had an account. Hell, they even talked about already having a source for some dream world death drug.
It was really nice. I know IRL they want to CTB too, but they don't know about this website. I can't tell them because they'd be too concerned for me. But, this website brings me a lot of comfort. At the very least, I have the right to CTB. It's nice having the option, even if I don't want to use it at this very moment.
Idk, it just gave me some perspective. I wish we could just CTB together. Neither of us want to be here. I'd be an asshole to convince them of course, but there's also no time to bring that shit up.
