Venting I fucking hate myself

Tried to hang myself with a belt in a bathroom stall today, the thing I tied it to wasn't all too sturdy and it just slid off, I can't even tie a secure noose.

Drunk nearly a whole thing of cough syrup last night and I think I hacked it up today too.

Tried breaking the bottle I had into smaller pieces, yet they all came out blunt and if there is any points sharp enough I've missed them.

I find it so dreadful and cruel how people cannot just have the option to easily die in peace, it must be awful trying to die and it just leading to more suffering instead. But anyway best wishes.
