So my friend referred me at his company. It is a very good company. They have great work life balance . Today the hr called me . She asked me about many details, "why I left my previous company. I said that I left because the projects were stagnating. " I should have not said that said my friend and my sister. Now they probably are no longer considering me for interviews. The thing is that most companies here in India force you to work 10 to 12 hours a day, and sometimes even that is not enough.
