Hey Loopy, I'm so sorry you've gone through this ordeal and that you're in this position at all to begin with.

This is what worries me. I've seen many people ordering this brand, especially since they seemed to ship to the UK. It's really an issue, because apart from what @loopylou is going through right now, and I hope he/she is doing well after this awful experience, you might as well wake up with permanent severe health damage.

It looks like it's not listed on the famous website anymore though, or at least I can't find it, so that's a good thing.

I can imagine, that sounds incredibly frustrating and disheartening. Maybe plan some self care for the next couple days, something to look after yourself. Is there anyone you could plan to see or visit, a friend or family member? Not to tell them but just for some companionship. It might make you feel even a tiny bit better.

Also keep an eye out for any concerning symptoms and feelings and don't be afraid to seek medical advice. Even if it was low concentration I imagine it still wasn't good for your body.

I've bought some more, just in case.

There's only a tiny chance that I'll ever use it but knowing I could if I wanted to is the thing that gives me the courage to keep going - to keep moving forward and working through my to-do list every day. I'm crippled by fear without it.

That's not gonna be the issue here as it looks like a recent purchase.

Normally, 2 grams of SN is a lethal dosage already. Looking at the symptoms @loopylou is describing, this must have contained some nitrite, but a very very low amount. Even if the purity is somewhat lower than the highly recommended 95%, you can't drink 25 grams of it and just wake up the next day. The amount of nitrite must have been very low, so low that your body managed to process it.

Also, based on many reports, people get unconscious after about 20 minutes. The fact that you were still awake after 40 minutes, fully aware of what was happening and without any vomiting, is enough to know something is wrong with this product. I think you might have fell asleep from the high dosage of Xanax instead of the Nitrite.

Maybe you could try the blood test? Get a few drops of blood on one of these clumps and check if the blood turns dark brown.

But the test just says there's SN in it surely not the purity? I don't know I never looked it up

The NANO2/NO2 strips are pretty accurate at determining purity if you follow the instructions (and use decent/branded strips that you know would work):

---

TDLR version; if your (NA)NO2 test strip says "sensitivity to 10ppm" (10ppm =10mg per ltr):

• add 1g/1000mg of SN to a fresh/new 1ltr bottle of water (bottle #1) and shake/mix until dissolved
• remove 10mg of water from another fresh/new 1ltr bottle of water (bottle #2)
• add 10ml of water from "bottle #1" into "bottle #2"
• you now have a bottle of water (bottle #2) that's exactly 10mg SN per litre.

If you use the 10ppm (10mg per litre) test strip on bottle #2 then it should show the maximum indication/colour that your test strip shows (10ppm). If it only showed 7.5ppm then you know your SN is only 75% pure. If it only showed 5ppm then you know your SN is only 50% pure (and so on).

It'll take a few reads to get your head around it, but once you understand the process and it "clicks" in your brain, you can do it with your eyes closed:

That SN looks very clumpy. The SN I own is way way less clumpy.

Exactly a part of the reason i unbanned my account. To let everyone know I wouldn't be here right now if it wasn't for the SN being poor purity . It's a lot to go through, thinking your going to die then wake up :(

I had my doubts being it was one of only two left on the site while everything else was taken down. I don't trust it for sure now. Thank you for letting us know about this brand!

Maybe it just isn't his time yet. Maybe he still has some stones left unturned. Me personally, I'm glad that I failed last time because as I was dying, I just really wanted to see my parents one last time.

It might have just been the survival instinct that was telling me that I didn't want to die but, I'm personally glad that I got a few more months to figure things out and tie some loose ends before I CTB.

If it's any consolation, at least you don't seem to be suffering any permanent damage and it didn't become official with a psych ward involved. You're still in control of your destiny.

Currently not well from my attempt. Thought I'd got away with it but apparently now. My skin is really pink patches and blue. My knuckles and knees and toe bones are blue. My veins usually nurses struggle but they are bright blue. I feel really cold. My kidneys ache. And I have blood when I pass a stool

at the time, all I could think of was, I'm bored, when's it going to knock me out? Ok I'm blue why the bloody hell am i awake? Just drifted off for a long period
I did the proper fasting, meto and rantidine & propranolol. All of these aid the ' symptoms' of a poison. So , as I didn't feel sick or panicky or anything like that I can confirm they worked for me. It's the SN that failed me.
