i m writing this while in tears, i havent' cried beacuse i was depressed since a very long time, i was in shower and i iust started crying like hell, it was terrible and i did not felt relieved or anything, beacuse my life is so terrible that i cannot really feel safe or ok for a moment, everything just keep getting worse and worse and there is no room for improvement. i just want to fucking die
