So ive been trying to get off 10mg clona. Today I took 3mg , 2 antipsychotics. I cried sooo much (i sont usually cry)
And I had the worst urge to self harm ever.
i cant recover, I cant stop. My life is over…
I am kinsa sedated rn

You went from taking 10mg to 3mg thats gonna leave a pretty bad withdrawal, you should gradually reduce the amount instead

I think what you're feeling are completely normal withdrawl symptoms for anybody trying to get off Benzos. Like Kempal said, you should maybe try weaning off them a little bit slower, and contact your Doctor asap to let them know.

It's gonna be really tough for a bit, but try to hang in there, ok?
