Humans can be so cruel

I just watched a true crime case about how 3 teenage boys decided to set fire to a 50 year old homeless woman because they thought that they were above her. They are actually the real lowlifes, I hate how so many humans are so cruel. Were these people born psychopaths? I hear that a lot of them harm animals even when they were little. I was born sensitive and I just can't wrap my head around these people. And there's so many of them in this world that make other peoples lives hell. These type of people will have big groups of friends as well, meanwhile sensitive and genuine people get bullied and tortured. I hate this world.
