In a hospice like situation without the disease. To feel looked after and my symptoms managed as i pass into the night

Hopefully after my dog dies so I don't have to worry about her.

I'm leaning towards jumping as well. The final scene in Vanilla Sky where tom cruise jumped down just seemed so peaceful and surreal.
