I'm not all that spiritual, but I think I've been doing something kind of similar. In the past I manifested some things for myself and recently I got to the point where I'm trying to manifest dying. I feel like nothing else I could possibly have could make me feel better.

And I think maybe its working? The past few days I've been experiencing a lot of pain in my chest to the point I can't focus on anything else and being out of breath. I just hope it happens soon lol im too lazy to go find a way to actually ctb

Um, I think I started to do this accidentally. Just shutting down physically and mentally after years of trauma and illness.

It's not a good thing. It's a slow and nasty way to go. And you can end up in a lot of pain along they way when you're no longer living but not yet dead.
