Help how to shower with cuts

does anyone know how to shower with cuts? this is my first time asking this question bc I usually just shower with fresh ones so im used to the pain. the thing is that im kinda worried about one that I did a week ago which still hasn't healed yet because I keep having to rip out the gauze since it sticks inside of my cut, which I also had to rip out yesterday. it's a pretty big beans cut on the side of my thigh and it's scabbing a little.

I recommend taking a bath and propping the limb(s)/cuts out of the water since its not sanitary, id also recommend looking up more wound care advice since its not healing. ive heard good things about tattoo care products since thats also open wounds, wishing you the best
