The PPH says you need to fast several hours with only clear liquids (I'm planning to fast for 10-12 hours). I personally don't agree with fasting more than 12 hours because it gives me abdominal pain but everyone is different so I'm just talking for me.
So after your last meal, you should only drink water and nothing else (no candy, no alcohol, no chocolate). I like chewing gum because chewing is known to reduce anxiety, but it could also do some chemical interaction, so I'll not take the risk and avoid chewing gum. I read that only N can be mixed with alcohol.
I'm planning to take 200mg valium 5 minutes before taking SN. But what bothers me if tha PPH which says you must take benzos AFTER SN. I think it's more logical to take benzos BEFORE SN for anxiety. I don't know.
im surprised to hear that the pph says that, since taking benzos after drinking the SN kind of undermines the purpose of it imo. Being calmed down BEFORE drinking CTB-juice sounds a lot more appealing than getting those effects in the middle of it. I am thinking maybe the benzos could increase the chances of throwing up if you take them first so maybe thats why ? Either way I'm going heavy xanax before drinking the sn
Considering chewing gum is a great idea, what is your opinion on drinking the SN, using mouth wash, and then chewing the gum? I'm curious to know if mouth wash is effective at removing the taste,
Or could someone tell me what are known drugs that interact with SN?
For example I know that vitamin C interacts with SN, so you shouldn't eat a candy with SN after.
But I'm worried I'm missing other information.

I would definitely like to look more into this topic. These are great questions and hopefully others can chime in or make any corrections here since SN interacting with certain drugs is a new talking point for me. As I am researching some stuff to help me write out this message there is just so much information and so many drugs that have some type of interaction with SN. IThere really is a lot to look at; some of these interactions are major, some are minor.
Fortunately it seems like blood pressure meds actually might increase the absorption of the SN because of the PH change in the stomach acid.
But based on what I have seen so far, here's a list I jotted down on the major drug classes that can cause issues, whether they are major, creating an agonizing CTB experience, or if they'll just make it mildly uncomfortable and recommended to avoid. I haven't looked much at which ones have extreme interactions but it seems a lot of them are on the milder side. It is just so tedious to research SN CTB information without getting those dreaded "You're not alone, reach out for help call xyz number" results all over your search engine:

When the sodium nitrite combines with your stomach acid it forms nitrous acid, which decomposes into nitrogen dioxide gas and water. Your stomach will not literally explode but if it expands or you experience uncomfortable bloating after ingestion, your stomach can accommodate enough expansion that you won't experience any injuries from it.
It would also be gradual and not instantaneous. Most stomachs can hold up to 2+ liters of fluid/gas before rupturing or injury, and especially if you're fasting before taking it on top of that
