i want to do it tonight, been pleading with my parents all night and they cannot help my situation, there is literally no solution. i wish there was. if there was any form of solution other than suicide i would take it but there isnt. my suffering will only end in death. this is fact that i wish wasnt the case. but im accepting it

how do i make no noise
my parents know im suicidal

You will be unconscious, it is not in your control to stop making sounds while you are unconscious. It all comes down to the ctb location

Maybe you could remove everything near you where you lie down so you don't knock anything over, and put blankets over your head to muffle the sound from your mouth

Unfortunately, once you fall unconscious, you're not going to have any control over any "sounds" your body might make.
