Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i'm not going to get into my exact political stances here, but what i do need you all to know is that the thing i am advocating for seems highly unlikely right now. what many people in my circles say is that you should be willing to ctb for a cause, and i really want to do that. i've wanted to ctb for years now, and this gives me something to do it for, a bigger purpose. so, what's a way i could ctb that would be so grandiose that it could spark media attention, and hopefully eventually cause a revolution? also, it should go without saying, but harming anyone else alongside myself is completely out of the question. thank you in advance!

Okay I will be blunt: I think CTB'ing for a cause is a terrible idea.

1. You will never be able to see whether your cause comes to fruition. This is pretty obvious and I am sure you already know this, but please think on it. You are advocating for whatever this is, so you obviously care a LOT about it.

2. I think it's inefficient. The news moves FAST- for example look at the Belfast riots a while ago. It was a big deal while it was happening and talked about for a bit after, but tell me: when is the last time you heard anything about it? Same thing with your death- you'd probably be a news story for a day or two, what you died for brought up and talked about for a little bit, and then you and your sacrifice would be swiftly forgotten. And even then that is being optimistic. The phrase "5 minutes of fame" exists for a reason. It's more efficient for you to live on and actively do shit to further what you are advocating for- we'd need to know what that exactly is to give advice on it, but as you said you aren't really willing to get into it.

TL;DR: You are potentially more useful to your cause by remaining alive and planning what you can do while remaining so then you would be just dying.

i agree to all of this. there's no effective way to die for your cause because you'll just be seen as an extremist or mentally ill, rather than someone as important as a political figure. there's not much you can do really.
