What size is it? You could put it in a vice if it would fit. What is the reason for destroying it? I would wear eye protection etc though.It has 1000 litre I buy for check it's work or not, now I do not need it and if someone find it than it cause trouble, so I want to distroy it please give suggestions

Those cylinders are made like small tanks. Unless you have industrial tools at your disposal, you will not be able to "destroy" it. Also, if it is pressurized, DO NOT MESS WITH IT. Depending on where you are there may be a local place that accepts partially used/empty gas cylinders. I would check for one of these.
