Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

What size is it? You could put it in a vice if it would fit. What is the reason for destroying it? I would wear eye protection etc though.

Those cylinders are made like small tanks. Unless you have industrial tools at your disposal, you will not be able to "destroy" it. Also, if it is pressurized, DO NOT MESS WITH IT. Depending on where you are there may be a local place that accepts partially used/empty gas cylinders. I would check for one of these.

The honest answer is, you do not empty it. The responsible and safest thing to do is take it to a place that will dispose of it for you.
