In a closed room, if i open CO cylinder which is carbon monoxide cylinder or nitrogen cylinder and sleep, will it be peaceful exit? Which cylinder is more peaceful?

Nitrogen cylinder won't work, you'd need an ungodly amount of N2 to fill an ENTIRE room with it.

CO cylinder obviously works, though you usually cannot simply go and buy one unless you have the qualifications, specifications needed for it. If bought illegally, I recommend testing the gas with a CO detector first, to see whether it is actually CO, and not CO2.
