I've chickened out of attempts in the past but I haven't done any research or tried anything for 2+ years. I need to kill myself but I keep procrastinating. Any tips?

Your basically asking us to encourage you to commit suicide..? Idk that anyone would want to do that. But maybe write down the reasons you feel that way and then go one by one and see if you can do something about it.

I will say this. I don't know your circumstances but for me it is severe depression and anxiety. I have been on so many meds over the last 20 years and some would actually help me and I would live a somewhat normal life for years but eventually the meds stop working OR some of meds I tried made me worse giving me the extra push to attempt CBT.Similar threads
