How safe is your data on Sanctioned Suicide?

I am on the team VPN always on. Except for the registration.

You know you might have heard that German free speech is under pressure. And it is true (partly) our politicians have lawyers that search people online who insult their mandates in order to abmonish/warn them with a fine.

So it seems like the forum isn't complying to all rules...

On Israel-Palestine the window of what is allowed to say is very small in Germany. I am careful with what I say. But in general I feel more safe on SaSu. These lawyers look at X, Facebook, where all the boomers are I assume.

I don't have the feeling they look at this website. Also for copyright infringements I cannot really imagine someone on here gets sued. Except if someone uploads a new cinema movie on here. Maybe the excuse he wanted to save someone from suicide could work. He wanted to dissuade someone from attempting by giving him a really nice entertainment experience. I also think it could backfire if politcians fine people from a suicide forum and they end up killing themselves.

I think the forum cooperates with the authorities when someone does a very severe crime on here. Like the time this state terrorist posted a thread on here before his attack (on the fertility clinic). I am not making this up this actually happened. Lol. Or there was this murderer that searched his victims on here. But that was a while ago...

Despite what they sell you on in concept, VPNs are not at all more safe. Think about it. Normally your traffic goes through your ISP and then through potentially random paths to get to wherever you are visiting. Yes, you could be tracked online. BUT... going through a VPN just gives another consistent point of contact through which you can be tracked. First your ISP, then the VPN... so now TWO places definitely have a log of your activity.

The VPN might say you are "anonymous" but the VPN has data that identifies you. It has to... otherwise you couldn't go anywhere on the Internet. So all a VPN does is provide another place where your data sits waiting to be analyzed.

And any company that says it "does not respond to requests for information" is lying... because law enforcement and government can always get access to information if they want it bad enough.

Bottom line... people really need to look at the Internet as no different than having a conversation in a public place. Sure, you can whisper or pass notes directly to your friend in the public square... but nothing you do in public is 100% private no matter how you think you guard yourself.
