i've had a very rough time with shallow water blackout. honestly, i don't think it's worth the shot. especially with the way you're wording how you feel. each time ive tried ive gotten incredibly frustrated and didnt understand what i was doing wrong, which led me in worse thoughts. i suggest looking at enhanced swb instead
so from my experiences with regular swb, i can't stop my survival instincts from kicking in. no matter if i do exercise before & hyperventilate nor if i'm under the influence.
but one method with enhanced shallow water blackout is inhaling the helium out of balloons and then submerging.
