How painful is SN without the protocol

I can't get the antacid. I only have benzos(klonopin) and the sn. Is that fine? How painful would it be? I'm starting to think of ending it ASAP but I'm trying not to be impulsive.

Are you confusing antacids with antiemetics? I think that must be what's happening here.

The antiemetics that should be taken with SN are by prescription. But not the antacids. You can use over the counter antacids.

Two completely different medications with that serve two completely different purposes.

Pain shouldn't be your concern imo, not killing yourself would be.

If you really can't access AE, I'd focus on managing anxiety which will probably help with perceived pain.
