Define "experienced" - distinct memories of fobby eurotrash fam giving me beer and wine to try as a child (under 8 for sure) but I hated both.
I think I was given a shot of garbage spiced rum at the minor's half of a multi-family party (which got busted by the adults upstairs, wowwee how smart they were) when I was a tween.
Didn't get wreckt till I was nearly 20.

I was about 7 or 8 when I fell in love with the Beatles Rubber Soul LP. I didn't understand the full meaning of the lyrics, but the aurally the music was/is amazing.
