How munch Benzo to unconciousness?

How much Benzo you need to take in SN regime for sleep/unconciousness?

I read 50 x 10mg tablets of Valium? Or if I take Lorazpam, that'd be 50 x 2mg tablets?

Is that correct?

Hello.
Lorzepam is a short-scting benzodiazepine. Fot the SN method it´s recommended to use a long-acting benzo, such as Diazepam (Valium) = 500 mg.

If this were my method (it isn´t) I would take Lorazepam, if I can't get Diazepam. This is just my personal opinion, but not a recommendation !
