Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hello

I've been kicking around which way would be the best way to CTB in recent days. I know SN is the best but don't really have it close to hand at the moment.

I have heart issues so I need to take 10mg of Lisinopril daily and I get 100 tabs each refill.

I read the resource about meds not really having a really high mortality rate but I was just curious if I slammed down an entire bottle worth would I definitely CTB? I worry about SI kicking in and I force myself to throw up or I end up with terrible side effects when I survive.

I heard that hanging is also a good way to CTB (I think the term I've read on is half suspension or something similar sorry the word eludes me in my current frame of mind.)

I most probably won't go out that way but I always like to explore my options in a way and go with the one that actually gets the job done.

An overdose of lisonpril will dangerously lower your blood pressure and overwhelm your kidneys, but it is extremely unlikely to kill you. especially if you are worried about SI, this will be an agonizingly slow process and even if you seek quick medical attention, the kidney damage may be irreversible.

Most medications these days are fairly safe. That's why Rx overdose isn't as common a method as it used to be. There used to legitimately be more dangerous meds out there. There are major risks to overdosing on something like lisinopril and it can be fatal, but not reliably.

I think you may be referring to partial suspension, a modified version of hanging which doesn't require you to be fully suspended.
