Yeah, I would leave the site if I had money. I don't have enough to figure out what is going on with me medically/psychologically. I can't work/support myself because of what is going on. I also have a lot of medical debt from trying to get it figured out thus far (unsuccessfully). I have no savings or pension type thing built up either. So I just don't see this ending well.
I just want enough to get situated and be functional like a normal person my age. I feel sick when I see that cocksucker Bezos gallivanting around with his eight hundred squillion dollars and I can barely get up off the couch. Wanker.

I'd still be suicidal even if I had money because humans are the reason I want to suicide. Though having enough money would make ctb easier.
Sorry to hear that. Is your problem mostly physical or mental? For me my issue is severe OCD.

not my case, money can't prevent suffering from old age and many other factors. but if i had a lot of money, suicide would be much easier for me
I would still be suicidal, just wouldn't feel as bad dying and leaving someone behind. No matter what I do I can not get rid of the suicidal thoughts

No amount of money would make me want to live. At this point nothing would. I want nothing to do with life and I just want to sleep forever. A lack of money is not my reason for ctb. My reason is because I want to escape from this horrible existence and the only way to do that is to die.
It's not about money per say, but the type of help it may allow you to access. Let's say you're disfigured in a car accident and that's the reason you want to ctb. Money would allow you to get surgery and look somewhat normal again.
I understand now. There are so many layers to unpack that it feels hopeless. That's how I feel with my type of OCD.

I think money would help with a lot of my problems so maybe I'd feel better for awhile! I just get the feeling it wouldn't change things in the long run for me. It wouldn't change how I feel I guess so there's that.

Money would help me do things that I haven't experienced in my life due to lack of resources . I'd absolutely love to travel the world for a year and then commit suicide. But in the end, I'm certain that money isn't the solution to my mental health problems.

Money cant buy away the pain, yes it can buy material happiness, but it doesn't remove what has once been. To have a ton of money would be amazing, but the SI would still be there, and I would poss find it easier too actually go through with it, knowing leaving behind others in martial comfort

It'd be certainly beneficial to be more financially stable, but I will still continue to be suicidal though. As mentioned by other users, it would also make ctb easier.
If I had more money, I would probably try to get a better treatment for my depression. I would definitely try every possible psychotherapy, also things like transcranial magnetic stimulation, experimental treatment with psilocybin or ketamine etc. If I found nothing which works, I would still ctb. Living with severe depression is impossible. Depression is all consuming, it drags you to the lowest place you ever thought imaginable, and then tries to haul you even lower. Death becomes the only possibility to escape.
I would still want to die. However it would help me get a proper diagnosis. It still can't change my traumatic wounds but at least ill

I am poor as shit but in the end money won't fix my health problems or undo all the abuse that happened to me. Still it must be nice not to prostitute your dignity just to barely survive.

Money doesn't change the inherent flaws in this forced participation experience. Can money buy love? Can money make you immortal? Can money bring back the dead? Can it give us answers to the total picture of reality and our place in it? Money only really buys distractions once you've covered the basics of food/water/shelter.

It wouldn't solve everything, but it would certainly help anybody. Enough money might allow my family and I to move to some place far away from humans and society. Unfortunately this is more fantasy than realistic.

money would definitely remove a lot of stressors in my life, help me focus on myself and get proper healthcare. I could afford doing what I love and move out from my toxic family so I can be in a better state of mind, but I'd still hate how ridiculous this world is. I can't stand living and not having TOTAL control over my life, which is impossible to do these days.
If money could buy back my health, I would by all means keep going until death comes naturally. Life is beautiful, colorful with or without money. I have been taking it for granted. When I started suffering from Tinnitus almost 7 years ago, my life became shuttered. Everything lost its meaning. I lost everything to this illness at the age of 22. All I remember now are my childhood memories, times when I didn't realise a person can suffer from an illness. Everything now has lost its meaning. Its like I'm a walking zombie. I died 7 years ago. I'm just trying to free my self from this body.

Money didn't help him nor Robin Williams (also got a form of dementia) , Christopher Reeve and many others.
Money can help make everything much easier for a long while and can help make ctb easier. But time passes fast and then you're old in a blink of an eye. Money can't stop aging, diseases nor accidents .

Definitely not. Money doesn't buy everything. I have plenty of money by my country's standards. But the reason I want to take my life is because my wife died. And not all the money in the world and nobody can solve it.
But money certainly makes it easier, both for those who want to continue living and for those who want to get out of that life soon.

Having money would fix about 90% of my problems, I would be able to afford college and have a decent job (that I don't hate). I really don't ask for much out of life just simple things like Having a home and not worrying about my next meal. Is that too much to ask?

If I had money and a girlfriend, I think my life would improve, but I don't know if I would stop thinking about suicide.
I've been suicidal because of unemployment and financial issues for two years. Things have gotten much better for me but the damage those two years did will not be leaving. My life is happier but suicide will now forever be an option to me.
