I hear you on that one. I wouldn't say it caused everything for me, but it magnified every problem a thousand times and gave my parents one more reason to see me as "the sick child" out of my siblings.

That's not embarrassing at all! Gender and sexuality are not necessarily as static and defined as society has taught us to view them. Perhaps you may be asexual or pansexual - or homosexual and heteroromantic. There are so many possibilities. You don't have to be any one thing and you don't have to label yourself if you don't want to. Live your life in a way that makes you happy and doesn't negatively impact the lives of others.

Absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about, many don't know until later in their life, and some change how they identify as they explore. Sexuality, like gender, can be fluid.
