I'd say after nothing else has changed, and you've genuinely given it your all. If you think about it, you always want to ctb after your first attempt, but when you keep delaying the 2nd attempt you are just procrastinating something that will bring you ultimate peace. But if you feel like there's something worth living for, ride it out a little longer, or at least that's my plan. I'm giving it a year after my first attempt to really see if my life can change.
