• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

It's a weird situation because there are certain activities that I would have no reason to do, like going to work, if I knew that I was going to be successful in my suicide attempt within, I don't know, a week or so.

BUT, these same activities are also things that would make my life significantly worse if I went without doing them for like a week or two before eventually failing in my suicide attempt.

And thus, I continue to do a bunch of "maintenance" type habits and activities while I'm planning to kill myself. Can anybody else relate to this?

I don't always consciously think about this, but yeah, it always feels a little absurd to keep up with regular routine things. I think personally I'm primarily motivated by immediate feelings of fear. The idea of dealing with certain consequences can be enough to get me to do things, I hardly ever do anything out of desire unless I'm intoxicated lol. Maintaining communications, brushing my teeth, and eating are the most difficult recurring tasks for me.

I just push myself I'm not depressed to be fair but deeply frustrated and extremely dreadful about my horrible vile life. I just push myself to my limit and get exhausted, cry, zone out and visualise beautiful suicide.

you really don't ever 100% know for certain how long you are going to end up living.. last month i had planned to CTB (H2S method) and then i got super scared and realized i'm too scared to CTB even though it is a very easy method i was going to use.. so i'm not sure what to do now..

but you definitely need to keep brushing your teeth like twice a day (when you wake up and before you go to bed).. tooth pain from cavities is one of the worst pains in my opinion.. and dentists are scary..
