im missing both.. my eating needs a serious overhaul before i have any hope in hell of doing anything productive.
not taking care of your body extremely fucks with you physically and mentally (probably most depressed peoples problems, not blaming them or anything, its a vicious cycle thats damn near impossible to get out of.)
(also disclaimer, i dont mean "most depressed peoples problem" as in "just get off your ass" but moreso its adding on to the pile of bs and isnt helping at all, hence the vicious cycle. your mental problems drag you down, you struggle to take care of yourself, your mental state gets worse, you dont take care of yourself, ect ect ect ect)
