• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

does anybody know any way i can stop fixating on suicide now that i have a plan? i understand that suicidal thoughts by themselves aren't treatable and managing them is just part of the recovery process but i wanna know if theres a way i can stop fixating on suicide now that i have a specific plan in mind. im really trying to give myself some grace and be more open w my therapist and people around me when im struggling, but even though it wouldnt be for awhile and entirely depends on external factors i have no control over i know these next few months are gonna be really big for me and i don't wanna impulsively kill myself if something doesn't go my way now that i know how and when i'd do it

Honestly, when I find myself having those thoughts, I try to get them out of my head as much as possible, like going out on a walk, watching a movie I love, listening to some music, or just talking to someone casually.

I relate a lot. Personally, reading books takes my mind off suicide. For me, I see my "detailed plan" as comfort. Knowing i have somewhere to go if things turn for the worst. However I think it would be a good idea to leave the plan behind (in my case, throw it away). Take care of yourself <3

I focus on cleaning up loose ends so family have less to deal with - so getting rid of belonging, making sure people can access paperwork on wrapping things up.
