I wached Tantacul's video, but I couldn't find the site, because he purposefully not mentioned the name. After serching for CTB methodes online I found this site. I needed a while to realise, that this is the website he was talking about.

I had just installed Tor on my computer and to test it I started to look up the thing that is on my mind the most, suicide. it felt like home immediately. it was around the same time the new york times released their article and everyone was talking ab it here.

Searching "suicide" on twitter and seeing a dude's tweet about how people should be able to talk about their suicidal ideations without being hospitalized or something (it was a year ago, I don't remember the exact words and I can't find the tweet), and in the replies someone mentioned this site and I ended up here out of pure curiosity

That sub is okay, but still gets a lot of "don't do it!" banalities. Also there's so many posts that a lot of posts don't even get responded to.

I genuinely find it incredible how tantcruls actions had the opposite effect he supposedly wanted. I watched that entire video feeling like it was a bad faith argument

they didn't name it so I searched for "suicide discussion forum" and this was one of the first things to pop up. Was pretty easy to put two and two together.

Talking about this forum only increases interest in it. When are detractors going to realize that?

I found out about this place because of Tantacrul's video. I was skeptical of his portrayal of the site so I decided to find it myself and lurk around for a bit, which wasn't that hard considering his horrible job at covering it up. Looks like I was right to be skeptical since his portrayal of this site wasn't accurate.

tantacul's video. it's sort of funny as that was not how he probably wanted to spread awareness of this issue. The same goes to me finding ed forums through youtube. it's nice to find a safe community but I can see from an outside perspective how fucked it is.

BBC put out a really crappy article this morning. I didn't think it was even-handed so it didn't take me long to find my way here. I then watched the Tantacrul video and had very mixed feelings on it.

How can there be an open, fair debate on the issue when so many people are terrified of looking at it in more than one way, often with such a lack of respect?

They did not give the name of this forum so it took 7 minutes of detective work to track it down.
