Depression has been hitting me hard lately. I haven't been able to keep up with daily hygiene routines, especially concerning my dental hygiene. I went to the dentist today and they told me I had over 10 cavities all around my mouth. I am getting fillers over the next few weekends, but it costs so much and cavities will appear again if I don't start maintaining my dental hygiene. It's hard, however, to remind myself everyday to get out of bed when all I want to do is sleep immediately.
Any tips or suggestions on how I can motivate myself to establish a better routine?
