Passive methods are designed for this. The ones where you make your environment lethal while awaiting to get knocked out. CO method is the best example for this. You set up the environment first, then wait to fall asleep and death ensues after you're in deep unconsciousness. You won't even acknowledge what's happening, let alone how you die.
There's an old post on here that I like a lot that helps me get motivated to finally go through with it.
