For a kawaii core aesthetic, I'd take a pic of every static figure, and replace with origami, papercraft or articulate dolls (Nendoroid, Obitsuroid, BJD). You don't have to buy or sell yet, just clean, box and rethink what surfaces hold. The first two can be thrown away or given if they feel out of place. The later have more weight so it's easier to keep a smaller collection without cluttering too much. Spares and extra clothes can be stored away.
You could try some folding videos, I once learned how to, and it can make space in the drawers. Like, fold a towel in half (cuts the longer side in half), then take the smaller side, fold a third in, and fold another third in, overlapping like a burrito. Take that soggy noodle, and loop the side with the fabric sticking out inside the side with the fold. You should notice a couple layers from the burrito step, they hold on strong enough to make a frisbee.
Also is the wardrobe crooked or just a perspective thing? I can't remember the name for the pieces, but it's an easy fix with a hammer and an extra nail if the old one fell down.
