I've said it so many times but god I'm so fucking sick of this pattern where I feel better for weeks/months and then hate myself and everything for even longer.

I was in a very "i dont care" mood for the last few weeks and it felt great. Tonight I relapsed with both my eating disorder and self harm and I feel so so so so so fucking terrible I just want to end it now. I have the sodium nitrite and I just want to chug. I know I shouldn't but god I just fucking hate everything why cant I just get better and stay better FUCK i hate everything i hate everything i hate everything
I made this account almost a year ago at some point it's like either do it or don't you pussy
